Driving Etiquette

Northern Territory roads are used by large roadtrains upto 53m in length travelling at 100km per hour; therefore it is highly recommended that if travelling in a convoy ensure you have at least 5-10 minutes or 200m gap between each vehicle so they can overtake.

Road Safety

The Northern Territory unlike other states has very straight long roads that stretch through vast landscapes rich in wildlife, so be sure to scan the roads constently to advoid any accidents.
